7月24日,“國(guó)際自我保健日”的全球啟動(dòng)儀式暨 “24/7 國(guó)際自我保健日”活動(dòng)在上海召開(kāi)。24/7 “國(guó)際自我保健日”由世界自我藥療產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)(WSMI)、中國(guó)非處方藥物協(xié)會(huì)(CNMA)主辦,活動(dòng)主題為“自我保健,善待自己”。
“國(guó)際自我保健日”啟動(dòng)儀式后,公布的《7.24國(guó)際自我保健日健康生活準(zhǔn)則》強(qiáng)調(diào)從生活細(xì)節(jié)入手,如多運(yùn)動(dòng),不抽煙,少喝酒,用非處方藥前仔細(xì)閱讀藥品說(shuō)明書,注重早餐營(yíng)養(yǎng)餐前喝湯,飲食七八分飽等,從小處著手,貴在堅(jiān)持,養(yǎng)成健康生活習(xí)慣,生活安排有序,從而家庭和諧,身心愉快。

1.不治已病治未病,預(yù)防為主,小病早治。

24 Healthy Life Tips
1、工作與生活安排有序,家庭和諧,心情愉快。
1 Arrange your work and life regularly, harmonious your family and happy mood.
2、養(yǎng)成衛(wèi)生環(huán)保的生活習(xí)慣。
2 Develop good living habits on personal hygiene and environmental protection.
3、經(jīng)常適當(dāng)鍛煉身體,每次運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)間30分鐘以上,每周7天都要堅(jiān)持。
3 Exercise regularly with each time more than 30min and at least 5times a week.
4、能走路不騎車,能騎車不坐車,能爬樓不乘梯。
4 By walking rather than cycling, cycling rather than taking buses, and climbing stairs rather than taking elevators.
5、不宜久坐,每小時(shí)起身活動(dòng)10分鐘。
5 Don’t sit still too long, and have relax for 10min per hour.
6、一天喝水不少于500毫升,不超過(guò)3000毫升。
